This has a taste and texture so close to mashed potatoes but without all the carbs!
Mashed No-tatoes!
Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower
- 2 tablespoons organic butter
- 1-2 cloves garlic optional
- to taste pink himalayan salt or sea salt and black pepper optional
Instructions
- Steam cauliflower until very soft
- Chop up cauliflower
- Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor
